Steve Scraggs

Steve Scraggs is the Executive Vice President of Youth Development at YMCA of Greater Kansas City. Prior to their current role, Steve served as the principal of Sumner Academy of Arts & Science, Omaha Public Schools, and Grandview C4 School District. Steve has been an educator for over 20 years and is passionate about helping young people succeed. Steve is a strong leader with a proven track record of success in improving student achievement. Steve is committed to ensuring that all young people have access to quality education and opportunities to reach their full potential.

Steve Scraggs has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Education Policy Analysis from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
