Bill Cerney

Bill Cerney, CPA, CCIFP, CRIS, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the surety and construction industries. Currently serving as Principal at Gibson since April 2012, Bill leads the Surety practice, focusing on financial statement underwriting, bid requirements, and client consultations. Bill is also a dedicated community leader, having held positions such as Board Member and Past President of the YMCA of Greater Michiana, Vice President and Board Member of United Health Services of St. Joseph County, and School Board Member at St. Matthew Cathedral School. Previously, Bill was the Past President of the Surety Association of Indiana and worked as a Senior Manager at Crowe. Bill holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame, earned between 1994 and 1998.
