Daysha Amster

Daysha Amster is an experienced professional with a diverse background in marketing, choreography, fitness instruction, and culinary arts. Currently a member of the marketing team at Michiana Heating & Air Conditioning since October 2022, Daysha has also been the Assistant Director and Choreographer at Brandywine Senior High School since September 2018. As a Fitness Instructor at the YMCA of Greater Michiana since July 2017, Daysha specializes in yoga, Zumba, WERQ, and Sculpt and Tone classes. As a choreographer with Performing Arts Workshops - PAW INC. since June 2017, Daysha contributes to the performing arts community. Previous experience includes owning and serving as Head Chef at Olfactory Hue, LLC from October 2007 to April 2023 and serving as Head Chef at Brouwer's Cafe from April 2004 to October 2007, where Daysha gained recognition as a published chef and created award-winning recipes. Daysha holds an educational background from The Art Institutes, with studies completed between 2003 and 2005.
