Lauren Smyth

Lauren Smyth currently serves as the Senior Director of Development, Strategy, and Sustainability at St. Margaret's House since March 2024, after a diverse career in community relations and development. Previously, Lauren held the position of VP of Mission Advancement at United Way of St. Joseph County from August 2018 to May 2024, advocating for local families and children. Additionally, Lauren served as the Director of Community Relations and Marketing for Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Michiana and as the Director of Development at The Montessori Academy at Edison Lakes. Early career experience includes roles as a Business Administrator at Peace Montessori and Office Administrator for Broadway Christian Church's InAsMuch Ministry. Lauren gained culinary experience as a Pastry Sous Chef at BIN 36 Wines. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Marketing from the Indiana Institute of Technology.
