Jessica M.

Jessica M. is an experienced health and wellness professional with a strong background in fitness management. Currently serving as the Regional Health & Wellness Director at YMCA of Greater Monmouth County since January 2022, Jessica previously held the position of Orangetheory Head Coach from August 2020 to January 2022, where responsibilities included managing training staff and conducting fitness meetings. Jessica also worked at acac Fitness & Wellness Center as the Director of Group Exercise from July 2015 to June 2020, overseeing a diverse class schedule and managing a large team of part-time staff. Earlier experience includes working as a Certified Personal Trainer at Maryland Athletic Club from January 2013 to July 2015. Jessica holds a degree in Physical Education and Adult Fitness from Kean University, completed in 2014.
