Jason Johnson

Jason Johnson, EMBA and MSHRM, currently serves as the President of the LEAD Employee Resource Group at LVMH and as a Board Member and Vice-Chair of the Fund Development Committee for the YMCA of Greater New York. A co-chair of the Dior Americas DEI Committee, Jason also holds the position of Senior Manager of Human Resources at Christian Dior Couture, alongside a longstanding consultancy role with the Taproot Foundation. Previous experience includes key HR roles at Gap Inc. and Old Navy, where contributions included leadership in employee resource groups and management of multiple locations. With a career spanning various industries, including a significant tenure at Delta Air Lines, Jason combines extensive human resources expertise with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from St. Joseph's University, along with degrees from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
