John Rappaport

John Rappaport currently serves as the Executive Director for the YMCA of Greater New York and the Vice President of Operations for the YMCA of Greater Grand Rapids. With a proven track record in leadership roles, Rappaport has previously held positions such as Board Member for NAMI Metropolitan Baltimore, Group Vice-President and Executive Director at YMCA of Delaware, and Senior Vice President at The Y in Central Maryland. Rappaport's extensive experience includes overseeing multiple family and swim centers, co-leading a Trauma Informed Approach, and ensuring program quality and financial success. A graduate of Lafayette College, Rappaport holds a BA in International Affairs and French, complemented by a high school diploma from Portsmouth Abbey and early education from Aramco Schools.
