Taylor York

Taylor York has a diverse work experience that includes roles in various organizations. They started their career in 2012 as a Sports Administrator at the Edmond YMCA. They later became the Sports Director at the YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City, where they managed youth and adult sports programs with thousands of participants and volunteers. They also served as an Associate Executive Director at the Guthrie YMCA, overseeing its overall management. In 2015, they worked as a Sports Official at the Oklahoma City Parks and Recreation. In 2016, they joined the Oklahoma City Thunder as a Team Attendant, later transitioning to roles such as Youth Basketball Coach and Marketing Intern. Most recently, they worked as a Scrum Master at Paycom before joining the YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City again as the District Executive Director, where they oversee the management of three YMCA branches.

Taylor York's education history includes a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Central Oklahoma, earned between the years 2012 and 2017. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma, completing the program from 2023 to 2025. Additionally, Taylor holds certifications in CPR, First Aid, AED, and is Redwoods Certified.
