Shai Baird

Shai Baird is a seasoned professional with experience in HR and case management roles. At YMCA of Greater Richmond, Shai serves as the Sr. HR Services Director, overseeing HRIS, payroll functions, and staff on-boarding processes. In their previous roles at companies like Accelerated Claims, INC and G4S, Shai managed accounts and caseloads for juveniles and patients involved in motor vehicle accidents. Shai holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Tampa and has pursued additional education at J Sargeant Reynolds Community College and Franklin Pierce University.
