Terrence Mcelduff

Terrence McElduff has significant experience in youth development and education, currently serving as Vice President of Youth Enrichment at the YMCA of Greater Rochester since 2011. In this role, McElduff oversees multiple departments, including Before and After School programs, Camp Bay View, Youth Sports, Preschool, and Family initiatives. Previous positions held at the YMCA include Executive Director, Center Director, Associate Executive Director, and Senior Director of Youth Development. McElduff also served as Director of Before and After School at LCI Kids Club Academy from December 2009 to December 2010. Additionally, McElduff has experience as an English Teacher and holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from St. Bonaventure University and a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from Walden University.
