Elsa Guerra Williams

Elsa Guerra Williams has had a diverse range of work experience in the fitness and wellness industry. Elsa began their career as an Adjunct Professor at St. Mary's University and then went on to work as a Program Director at San Antonio Clubhouse, Inc. In 2012, they served as the General Manager at Gold's Gym International and later at Spectrum Athletic Clubs. Elsa also held the role of Asst. General Manager, Spa Director, and Group Fitness Director at Concord Athletic Club and Spa - Wellbridge Corp. Elsa has experience as a Group Fitness Instructor and Program Director at LA Fitness from 2013 to 2017. Elsa has most recently been working as the Vice President of Membership & Engagement at YMCA of Greater San Antonio since 2017.

Elsa Guerra Williams attended The University of Texas at San Antonio from 1979 to 1982 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology - Business.
