Rebecca Moreno

Rebecca Moreno serves as the Senior Sports Management Director at the YMCA of Greater San Antonio since November 2018, where responsibilities include managing operations for Youth Sports programs across five branch locations, involving 13,000 participants and 1,500 volunteers annually. Prior experience includes roles at the YMCA of San Joaquin County, where Rebecca managed part-time sports staff and volunteer coaches, launched key programs such as girls basketball and a mentorship initiative for female collegiate athletes, and maintained significant budgets in both roles. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Administration with a focus on Sports & Entertainment Facility Management from California State University, Fresno.
