Dari Edwards is a wellness professional currently serving as a Wellness Coordinator and Experiential Group Facilitator at AMFM Healthcare. Dari's experience includes roles at the YMCA of Greater Seattle as a Healthy Living Specialist and Membership Engagement Lead, as well as a Corporate Yoga & Meditation Instructor with Exos. As the founder and CEO of Day by DAE, Dari teaches self-help and mindfulness techniques and facilitates personal mentorship in mindfulness and holistic wellness. Dari has also worked as a Yoga Instructor at YogaSix and held positions at Nike as an Associate Product Line Manager and an Associate Merchandising Intern. Dari's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising Management from Oregon State University, with additional certifications in meditation, mindfulness, and yoga instruction.
