Joshua Stabenfeldt

Joshua Stabenfeldt is an experienced leader in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Programs & Membership at the YMCA of Greater Seattle since February 2020. Previously, Joshua held various executive roles at the YMCA of Greater New York from January 2008 to January 2020, including Executive Director of Dodge YMCA, where oversight included a $10 million operating budget and leadership of a 175-member staff. Joshua's background also features positions such as Senior Program Director and Aquatics Director, showcasing a strong expertise in operations, program development, and member engagement. Prior to YMCA roles, Joshua worked as an Operations Supervisor at ClubCorp and as CMT Program Director at Gateway Region YMCA. Educationally, Joshua earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communication with a focus on Organizational Communication from Southern Illinois University.
