Luke Poole

Luke Poole has extensive experience in crisis response, behavioral health, and housing programs for young adults. As the Program Director for the Crisis Outreach Response System for Young Adults at the YMCA of Greater Seattle, Luke leads a mobile behavioral health crisis team and implements regional response models. Previously, Luke improved housing access for young adults in South King County while serving as the Housing Program Director. A background in higher education administration includes roles such as Program Coordinator for Career Services at the University of Puget Sound, Residence Hall Coordinator at Central Washington University, and Hall Director at Southern Illinois University. Luke holds a Master of Education in Student Personnel Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Purdue University.
