Tina Vincent

Tina Vincent has extensive experience in youth development and program management, currently serving as Senior Program Executive for Youth Development at the YMCA of Greater Seattle since March 2020. In this role, Tina leads program quality and social emotional learning initiatives, designs training for staff, and develops strategies for youth and family programs across multiple locations. Previously, Tina held various leadership positions, including Branch Director at the YMCA of the Foothills, Senior Director of Youth Development at the YMCA of Greater Seattle, and Sports and Wellness Director at the Santa Barbara Family YMCA. Tina also brings coaching experience, having led high school girls' soccer teams to championship titles. Tina holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne and a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from Saint Mary's College of California.
