Fred Fedesco has extensive experience in both the fitness and publishing industries. Currently serving as an instructor and certified personal trainer at LA Fitness and the YMCA of Greater Springfield since 2005 and 2004 respectively, Fred specializes in spinning, yoga, pilates, and acqua fit. Prior to their fitness career, Fred held several prominent roles in the publishing sector, including Vice President and General Manager at The Republican, Publisher at The Record, and VP of Circulation and Operations at The Bakersfield Californian. Fred's early career included positions such as Circulation Director at the New Haven Register and Advertising Operations Manager at the Hartford Courant. Fred's educational background includes studies at Central Connecticut State University, Hartford Institute of Accounting, and Quigley High School.
