Nariman Ali

Nariman Ali is an experienced professional in organizational development and learning, currently serving as Associate Leader at YMCA of Greater Toronto since April 2023. Prior roles include Project Manager and Junior Learning & Development Specialist at Bell, where responsibilities involved managing training logistics and honing organizational skills. As a Learning Coordinator at Niagara Institute, Nariman contributed to program development through thorough research. Early career experience includes participation in the RBC Career Launch Program, providing a diverse understanding of corporate and non-profit environments, and serving as a Research Assistant at the University of Toronto Mississauga.
