Tristan Jorud is the current Facility Director at YMCA of Greater Westfield. Prior to their current position, they worked as an insurance agent for Encharter Insurance and as a teller at The Polish National Credit Union. Jorud began their career in the customer service industry as a school store manager at Williston Northampton School. Tristan has been in their current position for two years.

Tristan Jorud's educational career began at Holyoke Community College.

Tristan Jorud reports to Andrea Allard, CEO. They are on a team with Bruce Loubert - Finance Director, Kyle Murphy - Director of Aquatics & Head Swim Coach, and Michelle Anamisis - Youth Development Director.
