Crystal K. has a comprehensive work experience that spans over several years. Crystal started their career at Vector CANtech in 2007 as a Sales Assistant and worked there until January 2009. Crystal then joined the Marine Corps Community Services in May 2009 as an Assistant Director, where they stayed until April 2014. Crystal K. currently works at the YMCA of Greenville, where they first held the position of HR Manager from April 2014 and was later promoted to the role of Human Resources Director in July 2019.
Crystal K. has a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Webster University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they also earned a Military School Age Credential (MSA) from the Council for Professional Recognition. Prior to that, Crystal attended Schoolcraft College from 2006 to 2008 and studied Computer Graphics. Crystal completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Elementary Education and Teaching from Madonna University between 1999 and 2005. Crystal also holds the certification of SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, which they obtained in March 2020.
