Kate DuBord is a versatile professional with a strong background in fitness and executive support. Currently serving as a GroupX Fitness Instructor at both the YMCA of Greenwich and HealthyFit For Women since March 2023 and October 2022, respectively, Kate has prior experience as a Group Fitness Instructor at CLUB SWEAT from July 2018 to April 2023. Alongside fitness instruction, Kate has held various executive assistant roles in multiple companies, including Kari-Out, Gartner, Land & Buildings Investment Management, bevRAGE LLC, Blackheath Beverage Group, Weitzman/Cencor, and CitationAir, demonstrating expertise in managing high-level executives and operations. Kate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management as well as a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Fashion Merchandising/Business Management from Marist College.
