Tracy Sirc-Chandler

Inclusion Coordinator at YMCA Of Long Island

Tracy Sirc-Chandler has a diverse work experience in the field of special education. Tracy started their career as a Special Education Teacher at Kidz Therapy Services in 2008 and worked there until 2015. In 2015, they joined On Location Education as a Special Education Teacher and later in 2017, they worked as a Special Education Teacher at Corinthian Therapy. During this time, they also founded their own company called Mile Zero Consultation, LLC where they provided social skills training to individuals with and without special needs and conducted professional developments for school districts and families. Tracy then went on to work as an Inclusion Coordinator at YMCA of Long Island in 2018. Currently, they hold the position of a Behavior Specialist at SOUTH HUNTINGTON UNION FREE SCHOOL DISTRICT, starting in 2020.

Tracy Sirc-Chandler has a Master of Science degree in Education from Long Island University. They also have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Dowling College. Tracy has undergone continuing education in Applied Behavior Analysis at Stony Brook University. They have obtained additional certifications in PEERS© Social Skills from UCLA Semel Institute in April 2016 and in Public School Teaching Certification from the New York State in February 2013.
