Erykah Carnegie

Erykah Carnegie is a seasoned HR professional with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Strayer University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Southwest Tennessee Community College. Currently serving as a Benefits Specialist at YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South since September 2021, Erykah leads Open Enrollment, manages benefits information, and facilitates employee training. Previous roles include Human Resource Coordinator and Human Resource Assistant, where responsibilities encompassed administering benefits, managing worker’s compensation, and assisting with HRIS changes. Erykah also held positions at Vaco Lannick and American Home Shield, where skills in innovation and customer service were developed.
