Stephanie Troupe Lenzly has a diverse work experience in the education and grants management sectors. Stephanie Troupe started their career at ICF in 2008 as a Grants Management Specialist, where they worked until 2010. Following that, they joined the Early Childhood Development Company as an Assistant Director of Education and Quality Services, a role they held for three years. Since 2013, Stephanie has been employed at the YMCA of Metro Atlanta, initially serving as the Senior Director of Education Services before being promoted to Senior Director of Education Early Learning in 2018.
Stephanie Troupe Lenzly obtained a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Tennessee State University, from the years 2000 to 2006.

The YMCA of Metro Atlanta is an association of volunteers, members and staff, open to and serving all, with programs and services which build spirit, mind, and body. We serve more than 300,000 individuals with 21 full facilities, six additional program only sites and four childcare locations. The Y provides more than $5.5 million annually in financial assistance to support more than 25,000 youth, teens and families. The Y offers programs that serve kids, adults and families at all stages of life.
