Clay Defriend

Clay DeFriend is a Group Fitness Instructor at the YMCA of Northwest Louisiana and Fit Nation. Currently, Clay teaches Spin classes at various gyms in the Shreveport/Bossier area. Prior to this, Clay worked as a Sales Manager at Harcros Chemicals.
