Jessica Long

Jessica Long, MS, NCC, currently serves as the Vice President of People & Culture at the YMCA of Northwest North Carolina, a position held since December 2021, and previously worked as Interim Vice President, People & Culture/Director of Staff Experience. Prior to this role, Jessica Long was the Director of Career Services and an Adjunct Faculty member in Humanities and Social Sciences at Forsyth Technical Community College from June 2018 to December 2021. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Director of Career & Professional Development and Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Counseling at Wake Forest University, and Assistant Director and Career Counselor for the College of Education at Appalachian State University. Jessica Long began professional experience in career counseling at UNC Greensboro and held various academic and administrative positions at Wake Forest University and UNCW. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Counselor Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Wake Forest University.
