Richard E. is the Owner and Mold Designer at Reaction Plastics Solutions LLC since February 2020 and serves as an Advisor for Plastic Injection Molding at Additive Engineering Inc. since September 2023. Richard also works as a GroupEx Instructor at YMCA of Northwest North Carolina and held the position of Division Chair-Elect at SPE Mold Technologies Division from July 2021 to July 2023, focusing on mentoring and promoting advancements in plastics and mold making. Richard previously served as Managing Director at Accuchrome LLC (Technimark) and held various engineering roles at Ameritech Die & Mold Inc, gaining extensive expertise in plastic injection molding, design, and operations. Richard's education includes studies at Central Piedmont Community College from 2000 to 2002.
