Richard Pratt

Richard Pratt is currently a Board Member at YMCA OF OAKVILLE. Richard has previously held positions as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Vice President, Administration at MagIndustries Corp. from May 2008 to December 2011 and as a Partner at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP from January 1996 to February 2008. Richard has 25 years of experience in private practice and in-house settings and is available on or off-site for special projects, work overflow, part-time in-house counsel, etc. Richard is flexible on structuring billing arrangements to best reflect the value of the work.

Richard Pratt completed a Bachelor of Laws at Dalhousie University and a B.Comm. (Honours) in Business at the University of Manitoba.
