Jaclyn Ruckle

Jaclyn Ruckle is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Communications Director at the YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties since December 2024, Jaclyn previously held multiple senior positions at Formative from September 2019 to October 2024, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Marketing & Strategy. Prior experience includes managerial roles at REI, where responsibilities encompassed social media and digital engagement, as well as advisory work at JayRay. Jaclyn's career began at Weber Shandwick, where progression through agency ranks built a strong foundation in media relations and client service. Jaclyn obtained a degree from Western Washington University between 2000 and 2004.
