Patty Rally has over 30 years of work experience in various roles. Patty is currently serving as the Chief Development Officer (CDO) at the YMCA of Silicon Valley, where they are dedicated to ensuring the well-being and quality of life for the community. Prior to this, they worked at JobTrain as the CDO, overseeing fundraising and marketing activities to support individuals in their pursuit of economic mobility. Patty also served as the Director of Development & Marketing at JobTrain. Earlier in their career, they worked at Positive Coaching Alliance as a Major Gifts Officer and at San Francisco RBI as the Chief Development Officer. Patty's experience also includes their role as the Luxury Suites Head Concierge at the San Francisco Giants, where they provided personalized services to luxury suite holders. Additionally, they have worked in strategic new business development and event management, serving various Burlingame organizations. Patty has also contributed to non-profit efforts as an advisor and website designer for Camp for a Cause. Patty started their career at Bank of America as the VP of Marketing, leading marketing initiatives and brand development. Patty also gained experience in media as a Special Programs Researcher at KRON-TV and as an intern on the Banmiller on Business Show at KTVU.
Patty Rally holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. Patty further pursued a Master of Arts degree in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco, completing their studies from 2014 to 2016.
