Karla Creque

Karla Creque is an experienced leader in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as the Associate Vice President and Associate Executive Director at the YMCA of South Florida since July 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing operations at the South Dade Family YMCA and the Key Largo Program Center. Additionally, Karla has managed Childcare and Family Programming for the organization. Prior to this role, Karla was the Associate Executive Director at the YMCA of South Hampton Roads from January 2009 to June 2016, and previously held the position of Childcare Director. Educationally, Karla holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Virginia.
