Patricia Garcia

Patricia Garcia is an experienced professional in membership operations and sales, currently serving as the Associate Director of Membership Operations and previously as the Director of Corporate Sales at the YMCA of South Florida since July 2019. With a focus on health and wellness, Patricia has a proven track record in leadership roles, having successfully managed teams and improved performance at multiple locations as the District Membership Sales Director and Senior Membership Director. Prior to their tenure at the YMCA, Patricia held key positions in organizations such as Space 52 and Midtown Athletic Clubs, where responsibilities included membership growth, client relations, and exceptional customer service. Patricia began their career in sales and business development with roles at BCR, LLC, and PRC, LLC, demonstrating strong capabilities in client acquisition and market strategies. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Universidad Catolica Santo Domingo.
