Robert Kovacs

Robert Kovacs serves as the Payroll Administrator at the YMCA of South Florida, where a notable achievement includes reducing the turnaround time for employment verification to within five business days. With a career spanning several roles within the organization, Robert has also contributed as IT/Grants Manager, overseeing technology initiatives and grant administration, successfully managing a fundraising database, and ensuring compliance on multiple projects. Additional experience includes positions in payroll and benefits administration, business development, and contract compliance, showcasing a strong background in financial control and organizational management. Robert co-owns Glorious Sauces Corp since June 2016 and holds a Master’s degree in Parks and Recreation Administration, a Bachelor’s in Public Administration, and an Associate degree in Elementary Education from Florida International University and Broward College.
