Brianna Barber

Brianna Barber has been the Executive Director of Durango Hills Y at YMCA of Southern Nevada since October 2021. Brianna previously served as the Executive Director of SkyView YMCA of Southern Nevada from April 2011 to October 2021. In their current role, they oversee the operations of Membership, Health/Wellness, Youth and Family, Aquatics, and Sports. Brianna is also responsible for reviewing and evaluating the enrollment of programs, services, and operations of the respective departments.

Brianna is passionate about health and wellness and has been instrumental in leading the charge in making the YMCA a health and wellness destination for the community. Brianna has implemented effective systems to develop staff and volunteers while building supportive working relationships. Under their leadership, the YMCA has seen an increase in membership and programs that serve the community.

They work with Emily Sowers - Executive Director, Bill & Lillie Heinrich Y, Barbie Dreyer - AOA Coordinator, SkyView Y, and Noli Mabida - Management Information Systems Director. Sabrina Arcos - Association Youth & Family Coordinator, Lindsey Edmond - Membership Director, and Leigh Acosta - Health & Wellness Coordinator report to Brianna Barber. Brianna Barber reports to Mike Lubbe, President & CEO.
