Charles Kaine is a skilled talent acquisition and human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across the nonprofit and business sectors. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at the YMCA of Southwest Florida since June 2023, Charles previously held the position of Recruiting and Retainment Manager at Children First Head Start. Notable experience includes serving as a Donor Group Representative at SunCoast Blood Bank and as a Blood Donor Recruiter at University of Colorado Health Northern Colorado, where event coordination and community engagement were key responsibilities. Charles also established a successful bookstore and coffee shop, Reader’s Cove, and served in multiple HR roles at Kendall Printing and Technigraphics, focusing on recruitment, training, and employee development. Charles earned a Bachelor of Arts in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Colorado State University.
