Dave Newnham

Dave Newnham is an accomplished leader in the camping and outdoor education sector, currently serving as Vice President of Camping & Outdoor Education at the YMCA of Southwestern Ontario since June 2023. As the Owner and Lead Associate of JBN Team Inc. since November 2020, Dave specializes in providing consulting services and creative design. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director at Camp Maple Leaf, where focus was placed on providing support for children of Canadian Military Families. Dave has also held various leadership roles at the Tim Horton Children's Foundation, including President & Executive Director, and has experience as General Manager at Rocky Mountain YMCA and Supervisor at Kinark Child and Family Services. Dave's career spans over three decades, marked by a commitment to strategic development and support for vulnerable communities. Education was attained at Lakehead University.
