Hanna has worked in roles ranging from Aquatic/Front Deck Staff to Day Camp Director, showcasing their leadership and organizational skills. With a background in education and special education programs, Hanna is dedicated to creating inclusive and supportive environments for students, campers, and staff members. Hanna's experience also includes roles as a Student Support Associate at Linn Mar Community Schools and an Assistant Camp Director at Girl Scouts of Eastern Iowa & Western Illinois.

Anchored by two main facilities (Downtown Cedar Rapids and Marion), in addition to Camp Wapsie, the Y partners with 38 local nonprofit agencies, while giving back more than $1.2 million per year to give all community members a chance to improve their lives.
