Brittany Rusch

Brittany Rusch, MS, currently serves as the Interim Fitness Director at YMCA of the East Bay, where responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment, training, and management of Fitness Coaches and Instructors. As the owner of Rusch Wellness since June 2020, Brittany specializes in online wellness coaching and personal training for women focused on healthy living and aging. Prior experience includes roles as Branch Chief and Contracting Officer for the U.S. Coast Guard, managing contract specialists and complex contracts, and various contracting positions with federal and private organizations. Brittany holds a Master of Science in Sports and Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, complemented by an Associate of Science in Health Science.
