Allison Cambridge, MPA has over 10 years of experience in various roles within Human Resources. Allison most recently served as the Director of Human Resources and Talent Management for the YMCA of the East Valley, where they were a member of the CEO's Executive Leadership Team. In this role, they directed and oversaw all aspects of the Association's HR initiatives, including compensation and benefits, training and development, hiring and recruiting, and employee relations. Allison also served as a senior advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, providing guidance on all HR matters. Prior to this, they were the HR Manager for Bright Futures Academy and a Recruiter for Temecula Valley Hospital Inc. At ArchCare, Allison served as the Director of Human Resources for Carmel Richmond Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center and the Senior Life PACE Staten Island Program. In this role, they oversaw all HR operations, leading practices and objectives that promoted an employee-oriented, high-performance culture and the recruitment and development of a superior workforce.

Allison Cambridge, MPA obtained a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree in Public Administration from the Metropolitan College of New York in 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Medgar Evers College, CUNY in 2007.
