Tara Stanton is an experienced administrative professional with a diverse background in contract administration and agency management. Currently serving as the Administrative Assistant to the Senior Vice Presidents at the YMCA of the National Capital Region since November 2025, Tara previously held the role of Contract Administrator at Calian Group from March 2016 to April 2025, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with policies and acting as a liaison across various departments. Earlier experience includes managing operations and a customer portfolio as Agency Manager at Merit Travel, along with significant contributions to the industry as a Board Member for Algonquin College's Tourism & Travel program. Tara's career began at Travel CUTS, where roles included Agency Manager and Senior Travel Consultant.
