Brian Flynn has been a key leader at the YMCA of the North Shore since March 2008, serving in various capacities including Executive Director and Senior Director of Operations. Achievements include managing an $11 million annual budget, driving membership growth with a 26% increase in family memberships, and implementing successful programs such as the YMCA Cornerstone initiative for health and wellness support. Brian has also excelled in expanding sports and recreational offerings, creating educational programs, and enhancing community engagement through strategic partnerships and outreach. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Salem State University, Brian’s extensive experience in operations and program development reflects a strong commitment to serving diverse community needs.
