Rebecca K. Jackson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2004, they worked as an Office Assistant at The LifeScore Clinic. In 2007, they interned at Malaga Acoge. From 2008 to 2010, they served as a Health Promotion Advisor at the National Alliance for Hispanic Health, where they provided patient navigation services and surveyed health centers. Rebecca then joined Dickinson College as a Part Time Teaching Assistant for a brief period in 2008. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as the Deputy Project Director at the National Alliance for Hispanic Health, managing government grants and promoting health programs for Hispanic children. Following that, Rebecca worked at the New York State Department of Health from 2013 to 2015, first as an Outreach Coordinator and then as the Downstate Director of Community Outreach. In these roles, they conducted presentations and maintained partnerships to promote the NY State of Health marketplace. From 2016 to 2018, Rebecca was a Community Health Educator at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where they developed a bilingual tobacco education curriculum and led education groups for vulnerable populations. Currently, since January 2019, Rebecca is the Director of Community Programs at YMCA of the North Shore.

Rebecca K. Jackson attended Dickinson College from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish Language and Literature.
