Molly McCabe

Molly McCabe has over 18 years of diverse work experience. Molly started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Midtown Cafe and later worked as an On Air Personality, Sales, and Promotions at WGKY Classic Country Radio. Molly then served as a Customer Service Representative at Jimmy V's Steak House & Tavern. Molly also worked as an Assistant Teacher at The Carolina School, where they utilized the Montessori Method and effectively interacted with parents. Their YMCA experience includes roles such as Youth Director, Welcome Center Coordinator, Senior Membership and Healthy Living Director, Associate Executive Director, and currently, Director of Financial Development and Communications. In these positions, they demonstrated strong leadership skills, supervised teams, and spearheaded various initiatives related to diversity and inclusion, volunteerism, racial equity, and food insecurity. Molly has also received recognition for their efforts in community outreach and partnership building.

Molly McCabe has a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Kentucky.
