Ryan E. Trask

Ryan E. Trask, SHRM-CP has a range of work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2016, Ryan worked as an Activities Coordinator at Walt Disney World until 2018. From there, they joined Jeff Ellis Management, LLC as an Assistant Manager until 2019. At the YMCA of the Triangle, Ryan served as an Assistant Aquatics Director from 2019 to 2020. Ryan E. then worked at Pool Professionals, Inc as the Director of Staffing from 2020 to 2021. Ryan also held the position of Aquatics Director at the YMCA of Northwest North Carolina in 2021. In 2021 and 2022, they worked as an Aquatics Recruiter at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte. Currently, Ryan is employed at the YMCA of the Triangle as a Human Resources Generalist since October 2022 and is now the Sr. Director of Human Resources as of January 2024.

Ryan E. Trask, SHRM-CP completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Lees-McRae College from 2011 to 2016. In addition, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in March 2023.
