Tara Muller

Tara Muller has a diverse work experience. From 2003 to 2010, they worked as a Program Coordinator at the UNC Center for Global Initiatives, where they managed a community outreach program, prioritized and scheduled speakers, and actively listened to the needs of local teachers. From 2011 to 2020, Tara worked as an Early Childhood Teacher at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, leading physical education activities and developing curriculum based on state standards for children aged 1 to 6. In 2022, they joined the YMCA of the Triangle as a Volunteer Coordinator and Operations Administrative Assistant, where they successfully recruited, trained, retained, and recognized volunteers. In 2023, they were promoted to the position of Regional Communications Director.

Tara Muller earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1998 to 2002.
