Natalie Dyal

Natalie Dyal has extensive experience in financial management and leadership roles. Natalie currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at YMCA of West Central Florida since April 2023. Prior to that, they held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Controller at the same organization from 2022 to 2023 and 2021 to 2023 respectively.

Before joining YMCA, Natalie worked at Exxact Express as the Corporate Controller from July 2014 to February 2021. In this role, they spearheaded enhancements of finance and accounting functions, improved operational financial reporting, and implemented paperless transactions to increase savings. Natalie successfully decreased Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) from 40 to 29.

Earlier in their career, Natalie served as the Vice President of Finance at Garyjames Inc from June 2004 to February 2014. Natalie procured and implemented a software system for efficient oversight, contributed to professional development of accounting staff, and increased revenue and profit margins.

Natalie's work experience also includes a role as the Controller at 3D Group from January 2003 to June 2004. Natalie analyzed financial statements, discovered past due accounts receivable, and initiated initiatives on pricing adjustments and contract completeness.

Natalie Dyal attended Central Connecticut State University from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics. Later, from 1998 to 2001, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix. In 2019 and 2020, Natalie pursued a Certificate in Accounting from Liberty University.
