Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at YMCA Queensland is responsible for strategic decision-making, ensuring effective operations, and driving the overall mission to foster healthier and happier communities. Comprised of the Principal, Deputy Principal, Chief Information Officer, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief People Officer, this team oversees program development, resource allocation, and community engagement initiatives, including the YMCA Schools' Breakfast Program. Their collective aim is to enhance the impact and efficiency of services ranging from fitness and child care to mentoring and camping.
