Damien Jackson

Damien Jackson has extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as a Classroom Teacher for San Diego Unified School District since January 2021 and as a Substitute Teacher with Chula Vista Elementary School District since July 2017. Additionally, Damien has been involved with the YMCA of San Diego County as a Member Services Associate since July 2016. Prior experience includes a role as an Electronics Technician in the US Navy from September 1999 to April 2013 and a brief tenure at San Diego City College in the Behavioral and Social Sciences department in 2013. Educational credentials include a Credential in Teacher Education from San Diego State University, a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the same institution, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences Degree from San Diego City College. Damien completed high school with an Advanced Studies Diploma from Jamestown High School.
