Ashleigh Rawsthorne is currently working as a Housing and Sustainment Coordinator at YMCA Thames Gateway since April 2019. Prior to this, Ashleigh held the position of Project Worker at Sanctuary Group starting from October 2016. Before that, Ashleigh worked as a Clerical Assistant, Stop Smoking Advisor, and Clinic Supervisor at Bromley Healthcare CIC Ltd from July 2014 to September 2016. Ashleigh attended London South Bank University from 2009 to 2011.

Everyone should have a fair chance to discover who they are and what they can become. We are a charity serving communities across London, Essex and Kent. We provide supported housing, children's services, health & wellbeing facilities as well as catering and spaces for hire. We work across a number of boroughs including Havering, Barking and Dagenham, Dartford, Greenwich and Ashford. We work from the following locations; Romford, Dartford, Greenwich and Ashford. Every night we provide supported accommodation for homeless people locally, providing young people with opportunities to develop the necessary life skills to find work and live independently. We also provide a wide range of services in the local community; these include children’s, youth and family work and health & wellbeing facilities. We want all of our staff to thrive.
