Eddie Dobbins

Edward Dobbins possesses extensive experience in operations and leadership within the YMCA organization. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth since March 2022, Edward has held various significant roles, including Operations Advisor and AVP of Special Projects. Prior roles include Executive Director at the Amon G. Carter, Jr. Downtown YMCA and Director of Annual Giving & Stewardship within the same metropolitan branch. Edward's career began with the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas, where leadership positions spanned from Executive Director to Senior Program Director. Additionally, Edward has demonstrated expertise in transitional leadership as Interim Executive Director across multiple YMCA locations. Edward's educational background includes ongoing studies at the University of North Texas since 1985.
